Booking privacy notice

Ani uses the name, email, phone number, chosen session, coaching goal and message you submit to review your booking request, organise coaching and contact you about your session. Please do not include medical information in this public booking form.

Who can see your request?

Your contact details are available in Ani’s password-protected admin area. Your private booking link shows the session and decision. Do not share it with others.

Where it is stored

Booking records are stored on the website’s hosting account. This website uses an essential session cookie to protect forms and the admin login. It does not include advertising trackers or analytics.

Access or deletion

To ask about your information or request correction or deletion, message Ani on Instagram (@ani_von_d). Ani can remove request records from the admin area.

Request, then confirmation

Submitting a request does not confirm a session or take payment. Your session is confirmed only when Ani accepts it.
